We use AI services from providers like Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and Groq to generate content. Your content data may be processed by these providers to generate high-quality mock exams and learning materials.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your complete payment card information. Stripe maintains PCI DSS compliance and SOC 2 Compliance for secure payment processing.

Analytics

We use third-party analytics services to understand how our platform is used. These services may collect information about your interaction with the platform.

We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience. Cookies help us:

Analytics & Consent Management

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect and analyze usage data. GA4 does NOT collect any data until you explicitly grant consent via our cookie banner at the bottom of the page. TestMagicks is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information and terminate the child's account.

For educational institutions, we implement age-appropriate privacy controls to protect student data.
